The Best Health Website
I am a Fibromyalgia Survivor. I was diagnosed with a severe case of FMS four years ago. I try to live life to its fullest and free of pain. To date researchers say FMS affects 2 MILLION Americans, women 10-20 times more than men. Children too! Most people go undiagnosed or misdiagnosed for way to long! This is an excellent web site for people who have Fibromyalgia (FMS), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFIDS)....and many other health issues. Hey it's FREE to join for patients, family members, friends, care givers or anyone who is interested in their many different health topics!

I now have his book From Fatigued to Fantastic and it is a great book....very easy to read and understand.

Dr. Devin Starlanyl has a web site about FM/MPS at http://www.sover.net/~devstar She co-authored a book along with Mary Ellen Copeland called Fibromyalgia & Chronic Myofascial Pain Syndrome - A Survival Manual. This book has saved my life and helped me to cope with this devastating illness.
Fibro-myalgia: a comprehensive approach what you can do about chronic pain and fatigue is a book authored by Miryam Ehrlich Williamson. This is the first book I read about Fibromyalgia and was a real eye opener. It validated all that I was experiencing at the time.
Both of these books are a must have if you are living with FM/MPS I got mine from http://www.amazon.com just go to the Amazon Books web site and do a word search for Fibromyalgia and you will come accross a lot of resources on FM/MPS.
Two more really good FMS sites http://www.myalgia.com and http://fmnetnews.com
